Head of Commercial Property – Director Designate.

This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with ambition, initiative and the drive to succeed.
You will be tasked with heading and growing an already established and successful Commercial Property Department.
Located in Crosby, Liverpool, this is a full-time office based role, where collaboration, team building and cross marketing will be an essential element of your daily work.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer, the candidate will have a thorough understanding of commercial property law and will be responsible for a range of commercial property matters; including commercial conveyancing, commercial leases, secured lending and development agreements. The candidate will also need to build a strong client relationship with both new and existing clients.

- The candidate will be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of commercial property experience in a reputable law firm.
- The candidate will also be proficient in the legal aspects relating to commercial property law, including commercial conveyancing, leasing, development agreements, and disposals.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The candidate will have a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage their workload effectively under pressure.
- The candidate must be self-motivated and have an ability to work both independently and as part of the team.
- The candidate will have the ability to demonstrate a high degree of commercial awareness and will have an ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
We are offering a competitive salary (£70K+) dependent upon qualification and experience, Contributory Pension, 25 days Annual Leave (increasing with length of service) plus Bank Holidays.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer at BLACK NORMAN SOLICITORS LIMITED, located in Crosby, Liverpool. As a Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer, the candidate will have a thorough understanding of Residential conveyancing law and will be responsible for a range of property matters; The candidate will also need to build a strong client relationship with both new and existing clients.

Qualifications
- The candidate will be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with a minimum of 4 years property experience in a reputable law firm.
- The candidate will also be proficient in the legal aspects relating to all aspects of residential property law.

Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive - Maternity Cover

Role Description
12-month maternity cover vacancy (potential to become permanent) for a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
Office based in Crosby, Liverpool.
Required qualifications, skills, knowledge, and experience.
The successful candidate will have proven experience and knowledge in the preparation of Court of Protection applications, Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and dealing with obtaining Probate and administering estates. Solid experience running own caseload; excellent written and oral communication skills; self-motivated, self-confident, and able to work with minimum supervision; able to relate to clients at all levels and demonstrate excellent levels of client care; good team player with collegial and collaborative approach and able to forge and develop business relationships with an enthusiasm for networking and business development and appreciation of financial fundamentals.
Role:
• Undertake fee earning to high standards of accuracy and efficiency;
• Able to work with a full caseload in busy office under supervision;
• Assist in the development and marketing of the firm in line with the business and departmental plans;
• To provide a profitable contribution and add value to the work of the department
Responsibilities:
• Progress instructions in accordance with established procedures of both good practice and the firm’s risk management processes;
• Assist in the marketing activities and maintain appropriate professional relationships with referrers and clients;
• Maintain financial controls for matters under supervision in conjunction with the Head of Department;
• Play an active role within the team;
• Take responsibility for delegated work;
• Attend appropriate formal and informal training
